Walking Between Worlds is a way of life. We aren’t taught how to navigate our internal worlds & in order to live a meaningful, fulfilled existence, this knowledge is a must. Your internal world is deeply personal.

There’s a gap in the education we receive & the knowledge that we need to live a life that’s meaningful, sustainable & fulfilled.

We must be able to navigate our internal worlds with curiosity & mastery so that we can navigate the external world with style & grace.

There’s an art to living.

A life that’s on purpose, moment by moment.

Knowing what to reach for & when, what to highlight, what to let go of, where to tune in. You are an instrument of divine intelligence. You are the embodiment of holy spirit. It whispers to you on the wind. It keeps you up at night & caresses your skin, calling you into deeper & higher, more clarified expressions of your truest self.

The authentic, raw, fully alive version of you that doesn’t settle for less than their heart & soul desires. The brave you that moves with a heart full of courage. The part of you that loves all the pieces. The part of you that fills yourself up and then gives to the world from an ever growing overflow of love. The part that knows who you are, what you stand for, what you came to do & with who. The part that’s deeply tuned to your wisdom and the signs & symbols talking to you.

I’ve started this school because I want to give you what I didn’t have. Moving into 20 years of deep study, answering the questions: what makes us human? What creates lasting change & fulfillment? How do we deal with the parts of life that are hard & the parts of ourselves that we don’t like? How do we move into deeper & more profound tiers of satisfaction & presence? Drinking in the essence of each moment while still honoring our drive for more.

You’re ambitious. You have dreams for your life, even if you’ve set them on a shelf somewhere to die. You can’t forget about them & every once in awhile they keep you up at night, calling your name through the dark, insistent, incessant.

You’re a student of life. You’ve worked in other healing modalities. You have some awareness of your wounds, you know what’s not working in your life, you know that you’ve tried.

You yearn to understand yourself & your place in the world profoundly. You know there must be more than what you’ve been told, there must be more than the humdrum. You want excellence.

This course catalog is divided into sections with the intention of providing accessible education at the access point that makes sense for you. You’ll find a variety of options & topics all with the undercurrent of carrying you into deeper authenticity, vibrance & knowing.

Monthly Workshops are primarily lecture style, 60-75 minutes in length. You can come live or watch the recording. These are great for just dipping your toe in. They’re less than $50, you’ll have the content to revisit. It’s meant to scratch the surface while still giving you very valuable information that can be life transformative. You never know when you’re gonna hear the thing that drops in your system and totally changes your whole perspective.

Energy Investment: minimal/passive

Intensives are a combination of lecture, group discussion and/or prompted exercises. They’re a medium price point. Preference is that you attend live, but the structure is set up to be flexible if needed. Because change happens over time, these are set up to take that into account. The intention is that you see a shift between the beginning and end of the experience. Intensive means you are more deeply immersed in my personal energy. They come with email support, office hours & the opportunity to schedule 1 on 1 time at a lower rate. *Note: the only way to get one-on-one time with me is to first go through one of my programs or sign up for private coaching, so this is important and something to take advantage of at this tier.

Self-Study opportunities are pre-recorded and set up to be fully at your convenience. They include different homework assignments depending on the course.

My Personal Definition of Professional

I take integrity seriously. It’s profoundly meaningful to me that you trust me with your time, your presence, your energy. These are resources you can never get back & it’s my intention that your life, your spirit, be moved meaningfully through your experience with me.

Professional to me is safety. We say it like this: it’s safe to be you when I’m in the room. All parts of you are welcome. Always.

It’s doing what you say you’re gonna do when you say you’re gonna do it.

It’s showing up as all of me. For many years, I was told I wasn’t “professional” because of my tattoos. This made no sense to me & was also one of the catalysts that inspired me to show up unapologetically in my authenticity. I wish the same for you.

In my opinion, professional is a way you carry yourself. It’s respecting that people know what’s best for them & it’s not my job to convince you that any of these opportunities are right for you. It’s my job to present what’s available & support you in deciding for yourself if it fits. Sometimes that answer is no & that’s ok. Sometimes that answer is not yet & that’s ok. I will never pressure, coerce or take advantage of you. This is important to me.

Professional means building out my containers with integrity. I have a knack for strategy, for seeing how things work and fit together, for understanding how to deliver information step by step so you feel safe, held & ready to progress.
